Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use On-Kyu: this website (on-kyu.com) and the On-Kyu app (app.on-kyu.com). By using On-Kyu, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use On-Kyu.

On-Kyu is run by AppLikha Labs. You can reach us at support@on-kyu.com.

The service

On-Kyu helps organisers run the rotation for pickleball open play. It suggests who plays next. You don’t need an account.

On-Kyu is in early access. It’s free, and it may change as we improve it. Features may be added, changed or removed. If we add paid plans, we’ll announce them on this website first.

Your responsibilities as an organiser

• You run the session. On-Kyu suggests a rotation. You decide who plays, where and when.
• You’re responsible for the names you enter. Only enter players’ names with their permission, and only what you need to run the queue.
• Don’t enter sensitive information. On-Kyu needs names only. Don’t add health details, phone numbers, or anything else about players.

Acceptable use

Don’t use On-Kyu to break the law, to harm others, or to enter content that’s offensive or that you have no right to use. Don’t try to break, overload, or get around the security of On-Kyu or the services it runs on.

Your data

Your sessions are stored only in your browser, on the device you use. We never have a copy. If you clear your browser’s data, switch browsers, or lose your device, your sessions are gone, and we can’t recover them.

Support

Support is by email at support@on-kyu.com. We aim to reply within 2 working days, but we can’t guarantee a response time.

No warranty

On-Kyu is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we don’t promise that it will be free of errors, always available, or suited to your needs. Check what matters before you rely on it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from your use of On-Kyu. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Philippine law that can’t be limited by agreement.

Changes and ending use

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you on this website or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use On-Kyu after a change means you accept the new terms.

You can stop using On-Kyu at any time. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
